In collaboration with NORMAL CINEMA CLUB and CATHEDRAL QUARTER ARTS FESTIVAL: NOW PRESS PLAY 2026, REVERIE CINECLUB presents THE POINT (1971) and a selection of handpicked televised performances from legendary music artist Harry Nilsson. Beautifully animated by director Fred Wolf, this sweet children’s fable features Nilsson at his most playful, with tracks like ‘Me and My Arrow’ that will stick in your head for days.
FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD FILM CLUB and REVERIE CINECLUB present a family-friendly screening of IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILDREN (1977), the groundbreaking documentary by Elizabeth Stevens, Cathy Zheutlin and Frances Reid following lesbian mothers fighting for the right to custody of their children.
While there are often thriving kids audiences for Hollywood studio films in our cinemas, there are benefits for offering the same wide breadth we offer to adults to younger patrons.
